Minimum Monthly Charges

Minimum billing is for 0 gallons. Additional usage is billed on a prorated basis at $8.00 per 1,000 gallons billed on the hundreds of gallons.

Bills are mailed out on the last day of the month and are due on the 16^th, or the next business day if this falls on a holiday or weekend. Charges include a state assessment fee of .005% which is turned over to the state. A 10% late fee is assessed on current charges after the due date.
